Email support@codawren.com, or use Help & Feedback in the app. Describe what happened and what you expected. If you can, include your CodaWren version, iOS version, and the steps to reproduce the issue.

Please do not send passwords, API keys, or a private music server address. If a screenshot could help, check it for personal information before sending it.

Purchases and access

If a purchase is missing, open CodaWren and try Restore Purchases. If it still does not appear, email us with the purchase type and what you see in the app. Please do not send payment card details.
